Final table
I can't help wondering whether towards the end of the game
Steadysskull was hoping that we'd hold out for the win or that Spurs would
equalize and he'd walk off with the 225 quid. Well we did hold out, and it ended
1-2, as predicted by only eleven, none of whom had a Joker on it. On the other
hand, seven goals in the five fixtures in London was the most popular
prediction, so plenty of people picked up the five bonus points, with four of
them ending up in the money as a result. Tich Of The Toon failed to pick up any
points, but still held onto top spot. At the bottom, Kirstie and Peas 'n' Gravy
finished level and, with no outright "winner", another fiver goes to charity.
There were 114 entrants this time round. Paul rounded the
charity contribution up to £115, which left a total of £450 prize money.
