Final table
Well not many saw that coming! Only Forrest and Peas 'n' Gravy had 0-1,
while three others had Everton to win by some other score. The vast majority of
the points scored came from the second bonus question. Fifth place was the most
popular prediction for our final league position. We have Man U and a bit of
dodgy refereeing to thank for it not being sixth and us missing out on the
Champions League though.
So that's another season and another Predictions competition finished.
Long-time leader Scotty has won by a comfortable margin and walks away with the
250 quid top prize.
There were a whopping 123 entrants this time round. Paul
rounded the charity contribution
up to
£125, which left a total of £490 in prize money. This will be paid out as
follows:

Well done to all of the above. Thanks to
everyone for taking part, and especially thanks to Paul for organising it. No
doubt he'll be running another one for the first half of next season, so keep an
eye on your Inbox after the fixtures are released next month.
